A true friend

"The friend is the man who knows all about you, and still likes you."
~Elbert Hubbard, The Notebook, 1927

Are we all victims? Has someone ever said "I donĀ“t understand why you do those things"

Perhaps a business partner or friend or even a spouse? If you have to prove yourself every time you do something, you have lost control of yourself.

You are a victim. It is not that the other person is clever enough to figure out the right thing to say in order to make you feel guilty, it is that you originally let this design enter your life.

That's right, YOU, becauseYOU are in every equation of your life.

Perhaps you talk about your trading experience to a friend and you get "I've never heard of such a thing".

Your victimizer acts shocked like such a thing has never been talked about. This is a common tactic, implying that everyone (or "they") would not approve of it and therefore conclude that you are wrong.

Take control, be aware and do what you do, for you.

Do we have a friend who accepts us as we are despite all our shortcomings?
