What are you aiming for?

"If you don't know where you are going, you will probably end up somewhere else."
~Lawrence J. Peter

What are we aiming for?

When it comes to selection, do we shoot an arrow and draw a circle wherever it lands?

Most of us do, we follow the arrow, and where it lands we draw a target. If we find ourselves sometimes angry or impatient, we might want to make sure that we have selected a target, so that we know where we are headed.

Sadly most people never draw a target, so they never achieve their goal and they never really hit one either.

So what are you aiming for?
