Festering anger

"Anger ventilated often hurries toward forgiveness;
and concealed often hardens into revenge."
~Edward G. Bulwer-Lytton

We use the word 'Love' but how does it apply?

The mind is a prism in which we view our life through. If we distort the prism such as with resent, it will mentor negative feeling, it clouds perception and colors our view of the world.

That is why when we hold the condition of 'love' in our mind, the things that flow through do not get distorted. Kind of like computer virus protection. Once that virus gets in there, it messes up all the information it comes in contact with.

When there is distortion in the mind,we live within its meaning. In other words, if we come into contact with someone who resembles or acts like someone who we hold a grievance against,we project that same reality of that persons image in our brain.

Once again, garbage in, garbage out.

Do we want anger to fester within us and blind us to all else?
