Planning your goal

"The important thing is to strive towards a goal which is not immediately visible. That goal is not the concern of the mind, but of the spirit. "
~Antoine de Saint-Exupéry

Why is goal planning important?

The simple act of goal making and writing it down helps you evaluate your life to create a plan with which you can achieve what you want. Whether that "something" is an achievement for your professioinal or personal life, for example: the replacement of bad habits (like smoking) with good ones (like exercise).

It always helps to have a plan...Revisit the plan daily, weekly and monthly for the entire year which helps keep you on track to acheive your goals.

Do you have a written plan?
