Are you conscious?

"Consciousness: That annoying time between naps. "
~Author Unknown

Should we knock ourselves out before bed time?

A sleeping person will rouse if a loud noise or other unusual event occurs; an unconscious person will not.

In the depths of unconsciousness, very little information processing occurs; there are no thoughts or dreams, no signs of self-awareness, and even a painful stimulus may not bring the person to a state of alertness.

Sounds like a good nights sleep doesn't it?

It is too bad we have to work hard to obtain this level of healing, mentally and physically.

Yet, we do not recommend beating yourself over the head.

When you can attain this level of consciousness you have made a shift.

Be also aware of the information in your consciousness and that it influences everything and everybody we communicate with.

That is why it is a shift rather than a change.

Won't you ponder this at bed time?
