Stop making excuses

Are YOUR excuses getting in the way of you getting into shape or do the things that you plan to do??

Not sure?

Maybe you already know this is true and just don't want to admit it.

Are your "so called" obstacles really excuses to validate the fact that you can't be bothered
making the effort to get into shape or get started on the project that you have planned?

Example: "I have no time." Hey! - Who does?

Who really has time to get anything done these days?

We all lack time but you can bet if we wanted something badly enough we would make time for it, wouldn't we? You bet!

We do it for everything else so why not for our general health and fitness and advancement in life.

So what is your excuse now?
